Topic of the day:
i'm dumb. . know what?... i jst realised i'm in AM shift only @ arnd 12midnight last night..!! gosh luckily i checked my schedule again before goin to bed haiz dumb dumb . i really thought i'm in PM shift bt i was wrong hahs. . okie nevermind abt that cos work have been much easier today with e presence of some ite students yr 1 being attached to my team i think they started their attachment only yest seriously its hard for staff nurses to survive without juniours n so they r kind enough to help me do parameters for my side today thus i managed to do e changes n report writing very fast thank you many2 =) . . . anyway, i transferred one of my pt to ward 12 today a pretty lady in her early 20s she look okay though however, need psy review resulted from BGR probs again drug overdose trying to end lyfe sad thing kan . so please guys out there, pls dun upset ur girlfriends okie?.. depression will result in many2 negative things really....
