days have not been so nice for me.. isn't it nice if there's no NM in the ward at all.. then everyone will get to work in peace.. that was why i prefer working on weekends at times.. there's not much of teamwork at my workplace.. eventhough working with some people might be fun, but the little litle things can just spoil my day.. imagine being nice to you infront then bitching about you behind your back.. ughh! and when you are senior, it doesn't mean you can laze around you know.. not taking cases.. know what she do every shift? do housekeeping la kan topping up things etc (and making a big fuss that ISO is coming).. and they're earning freaking 4K a month okay just for housekeeping/baby bath demo/feed baby.. maybe its not right for me to complain but i dunnoe maybe my NM no eyes kan.. or maybe its her generation so ya that's why she didnt do anything abt it.. by the way, there, everybody can scold anybody if she's not in a good mood..

having ANs are super rare.. most of the time, they'll be in the nursery.. call bells are no. 1 in my ward.. and you've gotta walk lyke from the nurses counter all the way to whichever room thats calling.. its not the same lyke in one cubicle.. and when you are in the room, you'll be spending lyke 20-30mins in there, you won't know whats going on outside and when you are out of the room, another admission is already there in the other room post caeserean.. fyi, attending to call bells lyke, ''my baby poo, wrap my baby for me, pour water for me, pass me my remote, etc..'' and when the service is no good, they are super good at complaining..tsk tsk tsk. haiz..

the seniors' fav phrase.. ''there i tell you already right..?''(purposely tau say that in front of NM). padehal she didnt even teach me anything okay..ughh.

and one more thing, my NM lovessss PRC..! from nurses, to housekeeper, to maintenance, to everything la eh.. taik!

seriously i prefer working in 53(geron) prcp ward.. even though the ward is super busy, the working environment is nice..

da la.. enough said about work.
