Topic of the day:
hello people my 2nd and 3rd night went pretty well but slightly busier than the 1st night . 2nd night: a MTPT case and for the first time i touched a 15wks fetus its so sad its a heartbreaking moment showing the fetus to the mummy for the last tyme before sending it to the mortuary they'll cry as its a loss to them did my part, wrapped the little one neatly in the small yellow incopad tied it securely in a parcel and waited for the porter to send it to the mortuary great experience that night. then one of my patient needed blood transfusion later that night also. . 3rd night: started the night with transfusing 1pint PCT for 1 patient it was okay the night went pretty well till 4am then 1 patient c/o nausea+++ Dextrose 5% with IV Maxalon started but w/o any relief IM Maxalon given stat bt still with no relief every call bell from her = only reassuarance given till Prof make his rounds haaiz . overall, my night was okay but yeap by the end of my 3rd night i was super-duper-duper sleepyyyy... .
